It can be reached on foot in under 10 minutes or by auto in a couple of minutes. Direct access to the beach from within the condominium. Large private pool! Condominium with 24/7 security, with well-established house rules. Rain showers and hot water in all bathrooms, indoor garage for 4 autos. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms, comfortable beds with bedding, pillows; towels, soap and toilet paper in all bathrooms. Silent ceiling fans in common areas. Fully-equipped kitchen. Guest access Beach condo lifelines on weekends and holidays. Other things to note For your convenience, the house has non-slip flooring throughout the house. Housekeeping service is included daily during the stay, in the morning, usually between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Kitchen support is not included, but when the housekeeping person arrives, they will clean the area. As an extra option, if required, we can get a cook at an additional cost. The house does not have an emergency power generator. Therefore, in the event of long power outages (which are rare) caused by bad weather, power plant failures, or the distribution network, we totally depend on the power company to restore the power supply. In these cases, all we can do is notify the electric company immediately, requesting immediate attention. The same applies to internet services, or cable TV.
