The space The studio apartment has great natural light and a spacious layout, it includes a queen size bed, a bunk bed, closet, a chest of drawers, A/C, dining table, sofa & coffee table, ceiling fans, 32" LCD TV with Cable TV (more than 70 channels are available) and good, reliable High-speed Wi-Fi (60 Mbps fiber optic). Private bathroom with shampoo, shower bar soap, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, hand towel and bath towels. All beds have pillows, sheets & covers. The apartment hosts up to a maximum of 4 guests. The studio apartment features a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishes, pots, glasses, cups, and silverware. You'll also find a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a 4-burner gas stove, providing all the conveniences of home. The studio apartment boasts two large sliding windows fitted with fixed mosquito screens and shades, offering both natural light and fresh air while keeping insects outside. Some of the amenities you will enjoy at the complex are: - Free Parking for the whole length of your stay (1 car per unit). - Free and direct access to the beach, no road to cross, very safe for kids. - Free and direct access to the complex beach area were you will enjoy of a big-size Palapa with tables and chairs, and beachside Tiki Huts with chairs and beach loungers. - Free and direct access to the on-site pools (pool hours from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM). - 24-hour security at the entrance gate and at the beach area, plus security cameras all around the complex. - Bell service to assist unloading and loading your luggage (gratuity is optional). WHAT GUESTS LOVE: • Location: We’re just in front of the sandy shores of Costa del Sol, and just a few steps away from top rated restaurants. In case you don't want to leave the premises, most restaurants from the area deliver food just right up to the apartment's door, as well as to the complexes beach area. • Full Size Kitchen: Unlike hotel rooms, you have the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size 4 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, and plates & cutlery. You can easily prepare meals of any complexity and reheat leftovers. Alternatively, you can indulge in takeout from one of the many fantastic surrounding restaurants. • Full-service Restaurant located just next door. During your stay you will not have to worry about cooking, as there is a full-service restaurant just steps away from the complex at Club Joya del Pacifico (opens from 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week). Other things to note • Check-in after 9:00 PM is not currently allowed by the complex management. • All guests are required to provide full name along with an identification number in prior to arrival (ID applicable only to adults). Failure to provide this information may result in delay or difficulty to enter the complex. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. • Bear in mind that the apartment's available parking spot is suitable for a regular-size vehicle. Cars with trailers, RVs, large-size vans, minibuses, and any other large-size vehicle will not fit the space and therefore will not be allowed to access the complex. • The ‘Cleaning fee’ as shown in the price breakdown, is a one-off charge for cleaning the apartment once you check-out, and it is used to cover for the extra expenses incurred when getting the place ready for the next guest. Please note that the Cleaning fee does not include a daily cleaning service. In case you require it, it can be arranged at an additional cost and with prior advanced request. This service is subject to staff availability. • Change of date to a reservation policy: Please note that we do only approve change of date requests to a reservation if the request occurs -through the right AirBnB channel- at least 7 days before check-in. Any request not complying with the minimum time required will be declined by default. In addition, changes made to an existing reservation are subject to our listing’s cancellation policy. • The building does not have an elevator and guests may need to climb one set of stairs. However, there is a ramp with a 15% incline that can be useful for guests using wheelchairs or those who have difficulty with stairs. • For long stays, keep in mind that the apartment does not have a laundry area, neither does the complex. However, if you need laundry for your personal items, we can arrange this service for an additional cost. • No Smoking on Site. For the comfort of all residents of the complex, there is no smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on premises. This includes on the walkway and common areas. • Tap water has a slightly salty taste, it can be used for washing cooking items, silverware, hands and shower. However, it is not recommended for drinking and cooking. We advise you to take portable drinking water with you. • The property is located in a coastal area. Therefore, mosquitoes are endemic and part of the environment all year around. Don't forget to take mosquito repellent with you, especially during the rainy season. If you are sensitive or allergic, please bring appropriate apparel and medication. • We will provide the basics like starter kits for shampoo, soap, start up toilet paper, a garbage bag, salt, cooking oil, and dish soap. We want our guests to feel at home visiting our home! • Unfortunately, Pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartment and throughout the complex. • Don't be surprised, as it is normal to spot wildlife within the complex' gardens, such as iguanas and crabs. But don't worry, they are more afraid of you than you are of them.
