And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and comfortable leather furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful slope views. It also overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs, perfect for seeing how crowded it is before you head down. The recently upgraded full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. The owner has installed brand new stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen space! The bedroom features a queen-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a flat screen TV and a view of the slopes. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers. Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
