It is one of two apts. in this townhome..... our second apt. is located on the drive up level. Woodland Cove is just the place to relax and enjoy the wonders of nature that abound here. The space PET POLICY Woodland Cove is a great place to rest and relax..... a respite from a busy life. The apartment is pet friendly for well behaved canine companions, and should you decide to bring yours with you, a $50 fee per dog (1-2 max) is required, payable upon arrival. Location/Amenities Park under the magnolia tree and walk down to this special place, where the sounds of the woods and water offer serenity and peace for your special vacation. The apartment features a sitting/eating area with soft, comfortable places for reading and relaxing, as well as an LCD TV (with local channels). An efficiency kitchen adjoins the sitting area. There is a delightful covered deck and large screened porch, where you can enjoy views of the lake and forest year round. The spacious and well appointed king master opens off the hall and the screened porch. The apartment's location is ideal for those wanting easy access to all Village amenities. Just take the short footbridge behind the town home to access the Coronado Center Complex, where you will find a year round heated indoor pool, spa, fitness center, marina and tennis complex (entry/usage fees apply). Behind the pool and fitness center you will also discover a delightful path to walk along the lake! Because the apartment is located mid-Village, you will be nearly equa-distant to both entry gates, while enjoying easy access to all eight of our wonderful golf courses and several great places to eat -- including one popular restaurant that is within walking distance. NOTE: Woodland Cove apartment occupies the lower walkout level of the town home. Guests must be able to use exterior steps for access via rear door.
