Private Ensuite with Queen Size Bed

This room has: 1 queen bed, Private bathroom. A mini fridge, microwave, mini coffee maker & access to our BBQ grill on our deck and our kitchen upon request. Our 2 cats have never been allowed in any of our guests and we run HEPAfilters. Please: Our check in hours are 5 - 10 PM and we'll do our best to try to greet you personally at an earlier arranged time if we can. You'll get a digital code for our door at check in. Please remove shoes at the foyer. ZTRHP1-2020-00085 The space Please note we are sensative to people having cat allergies. We have 2 cats but they are never allowed in the guests room and never have lived in our guest rooms. We run HEPA filters in those rooms as well. Guest access Our back deck, living room and dining. Access to our kitchen is not included in the price of your room, however we can conditionally make the kitchen available to guests. We will go over kitchen rules in person. Failure to follow the rules and clean up after yourself, can have the a $20 fee added to your room charge per occurrence and/or privileges revoked. You can do laundry here. We will provide our own natural biodegradable unscented soap, please no scented dryer sheets. $4.00 per load verse the local laundromat charges $9.00! And you don’t have to purchase soap. During your stay There's a LOT to see and do in Madison! We can offer suggestions about local attractions, restaurants, events and activities. Please feel free to ask! We love getting to know our guests, sharing our favorite spots in and around Madison and learning more from you and your adventures that bring you here. And adapt to your needs for privacy or desires for less interaction. Other things to note We are a no smoking property. We have no issue with or judgement of people's choice to smoke cigarette, cigars or cannabis products. However, I am allergic to even the fumes lingering on clothing as guests enter. Please know this is not a good fit for your stay if you wish to smoke. Street parking is ample and free. Winter (November - March) parking rules apply to odd numbered side of the street (our house is on odd numbered side of the street) for odd numbered days of the month (as in what is the dated as of 1 AM - 7 AM) and even numbered side of the street for even numbered days of the month (as in what is the numbered day as of 1 AM - 7 AM). Long-term guests: Every two weeks we have a cleaning crew come to clean your bathroom. There will be a $25.00 fee for this added to your reservation. We will give you fresh towels and sheets. For all guests: Street parking is ample and free.
