Waterfront Siesta Key Home

This 1900 sq foot, high end residence is located at a tranquil spot on the grand canal and just a short bike ride or walk from Siesta village and beach access. The home is recently renovated and the perfect spot relax, grill, hot tub, and enjoy the beauty of Siesta Key. The space The master bedroom is located on the upper floor with a study, laundry and meditation area, all up a regular flight of stairs. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower. On the main floor, one bedroom has a twin bed and trundle with an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Guest access The entire home is open to guests. The home is clean but not staged. I have some personal belongings in the home, like books, photos and some clothing, but most objects are practical home items and not personal. Other things to note Two single kayaks are available for use on the canal. Stand up paddle boarding is hugely popular on the canal now and you can rent boards locally, store them at the house and use them during your stay.
