Enjoy your privacy in our sanitized 1500 sq. ft. lower level suite. Families, couples and biz-travelers will enjoy this smoke-free and pet-free space. Outdoor seating for morning coffee and backyard amenities. 3-minute walk to a network of nature trails, and a quick drive to restaurants, entertainment, and other amenities (Walnut Creek, Promenade, City Park, Westin, Butterfly Pavillion). We are a quick 25 minute drive to Boulder and Denver. We have a puppy you may hear occasionally. The space The space offers separate heating and A/C, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, 12 inch electric skillet, induction cook top, electric teapot, toaster, crock pot, table, and bar with 3 stools. There is no stove in the space and a nice laundromat is a 10 minute drive. The entertainment center includes Netflix, a DVD player and 47" flatscreen, along with a small selection of DVDs (mostly family friendly). Couple your mobile device to our Bluetooth receiver and play your own music through the sound system! We also have a desk, foosball and ping pong table for use, along with an outdoor swing set and trampoline. In addition to the Queen bed and regular sized twin bed, there is a pack'n play, spaghetti stroller, and two cots are available for additional guests, but you would need to use your own sleeping bag. A variety of extra pillows are available. Guest access This is an entirely private lower level of our home with its own private key-less entry and fenced backyard. Other things to note Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the premise.
