The space includes the entire upstairs (2 living areas, bath and 2 bedrooms) of our home. Includes a Butlers Pantry with a kitchenette, washer and dryer. There is a private entrance on the back deck. Scenic 2 level deck overlooks the 2 acre pond with several sitting areas on each deck. Using your entry code enter the first backdoor and go up the stairs to the right entering the living space with a window that overlooks the private pond. We love to meet our guests and help in anyway we can. The space On the property is our "barn" which contains a canoe and life vests. Fishing is allowed however we do not provide equipment. If you are interested in using the canoe please let us know and we will help in getting it ready for you. There is a path that goes around our private pond which you are also welcomed to use. In the business of life our backyard becomes a quiet oasis. Stop by any of the 4 sitting areas and watch the turtles or fish playing in the water or just be still and relax in the quiet setting. Our guest have enjoyed sitting on the decks watching the 8 bird feeders. There are three tv's in the unit, one in each bedroom and one in the living space. The bedroom tvs are Roku and the living area uses a Firestick. There is a game table, some toys and children's books in the room at the top of the entry stairs. You are welcomed to use this space as well. Please be sure to return the items where you found them. Guest access The whole upstairs of our home is included on your space: two bedrooms, one full bath and two living rooms with a private entrance. You are also welcomed to use the decks off the back of the house, walk around the pond, canoe and fish. Please note that you will need to bring your own fishing equipment and it is catch and release. Other things to note We like our guests to know that the kitchenette area which contains the continental breakfast in the morning, does not have a sink or a stove top. We do have a electric hot plate that can be used. We are also very willing to help with any dirty dishes that you might have, in your stay.
