Seascapes Condo on the Canal + Private Balcony

You are going to love it here! The entire 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the top/3rd floor is all yours with a view of the canal from the private balcony! Up to 8 can stay in the unit. Kid friendly. Damon Point is a short walk (1/2 mile) and the surf can be heard from the condo. Our goal is for you to enjoy it as much as we do! The space Our condo has a master bedroom/bath with queen bed and a second bedroom with queen bed and single on top. There is also a full size floor mattress under the queen. Our living area also has a pull out couch. We have a pack-n-play with mattress, sheets and blankets and a boppy seat pillow for the little ones. The big kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking hardware and picnic items as well. We provide some beach basics like bucket and shovel, beach towels and beach bag, ponchos for the rainy days, etc. There is unlimited WiFi and smart tv for streaming, with a few DVDs to choose from. We have some books, toys, games, and coloring books for all ages. There are ceiling fans in the living area and master bedroom, as well as stand or window fans in the living areas. Our building's dock has two built in benches for relaxing by the canal. Bring your kayak, paddleboard, or inflatable and enjoy paddling the 23 miles of interconnected canals that join to Duck Lake. Fishing opportunities. Close to the beach and the new Oyhut Recreation area, which has eating, shopping and fun outdoor recreation. Only a short drive to the library, movie theater, grocery, coffee, restaurants, art, antiques, and surf shop. Scooter and electric bike rentals are close by. Kite shop is a fun spot to scope out as well for your days on the beach. We are four miles down the entrance road to Ocean Shores. No windy side roads, and past the busy shopping strip in a calm area. Guest access Key in the black lock box for easy self-check-in and check-out. Guests have full access to the entire condo, patio/deck, dock, and parking lot (two parking spaces unless notified). Other things to note No pets and no smoking/vaping in the unit, on the balcony, or in the stairway. The designated smoking area is by the trash receptacles in the parking lot or your vehicle. ***This is a 3rd-floor unit, with no elevator available. There are landings on each of the floors to rest. Not recommended for mobility-challenged folks.***
