A one minute drive to Hunter Mountain base lodge or a 12 minute walk! Situated on a quiet dead end street and only 1/4 mile from where the lifts are. There are no homes on the opposite side of the street creating an open view to the river valley. You can often hear the river running. It functions like a 2-family house because it has a lower unit in the basement. There are two bedrooms plus a loft area with a convertible couch. We have kept many of the original mid-century features intact. It can sleep an additional 3 if you rent the attached apartment. It can be customized for you based on the number of people and how much space you need! To rent this property, YOU, the renter, must be in attendance. You can not rent it for others unless you are given express permission by me. You can not send them in advance of your arrival or leave them behind without permission. We offer all high quality bedding including 2 memory foam mattresses. Looking forward to hearing from you! You can walk or ride a bike to the mountain, local cafe, bagel shop, pizza place, bar and convenience store. Beyond that a car or taxi is suggested. I'm usually available to answer any questions in person, by phone or by text. The downstairs unit is separate. If you did not rent it/pay for it then please don’t use it. Thanks It’s on a very quiet dead end street close to the base lodge. We are surrounded by a community of A frames and ski chalets. Most are NOT rented out so if you come you are surrounded by homeowners not other renters. The only one I know of is to the right facing mine. These people are my friends and co-workers. Please show consideration and a neighborly demeanor. You can walk or ride a bike to the mountain, a cafe, bagel shop, movie theatre, bar, pizza shop, and Chinese take-out. Everything is close, except the grocery store. You would need a car or taxi for this. We installed exterior cameras recently to monitor package drop offs, fuel delivery and general security. If they are a problem for you please advise.
