Make yourself at home—your Charlotte escape awaits! The space This is a shared three-bedroom, one-bathroom rental property. Please note that other guests may occupy the additional rooms during your stay. As the host, I reside on-site in the backyard area and am readily available to assist with any needs or inquiries. The property features a shared backyard space, which includes a picnic table and a disc golf basket complete with discs for your enjoyment. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize all common areas of the property, with the exception of other guest bedrooms and hallway utility closets. The backyard is also available for relaxation and enjoyment. Please make use of the amenities as needed, but kindly refrain from removing any items from the premises. This room features a dedicated television equipped with Roku as the primary streaming platform. You are encouraged to log in to your personal accounts or access any applications that may remain active from prior guests. We kindly ask that you maintain a considerate volume level to ensure a peaceful environment for all occupants. During your stay I reside on-site and offer a welcoming experience tailored to your preferences. As an outgoing host, I’ll chat as much or as little as you like, provide recommendations for local attractions and activities, and welcome your discoveries. Feel free to say hello if you see me. If needed, text me—I’m prompt with responses. Other things to note Beds and pillows have mattress/pillow protectors. WiFi password provided by host No fragrance detergent is used. Bedroom windows have blackout curtains for those who enjoy sleeping in.
