This restored 100-year-old event center and hotel are in the heart of Heppner, Oregon. The 7,000 SF second floor contains 4 brand new suites each with personal 1.5 baths and a coffee bar. The adjacent large common area has a kitchen, lounge area, and giant gathering table, making it the perfect place for families to spend time together, or for small parties. The space The Sand Hollow Suite, Suite 4, has 2 bedrooms with 5 bunk beds in each. It includes a living room with a coffee bar, mini-fridge, and microwave. This is the perfect spot for biking groups, traveling teams, or just a fun spot for a family. Guests have sole access to the entire private 650 SF Suite and to the shared common area just outside the suite. This area contains an additional breakfast bar, a large gathering table, and a lounging area. The space includes private bathrooms and a breakfast bar, a living room, and two bedrooms. The television is for streaming from the guest’s personal device as there is no cable. The Building has fiber-supplied Wi-Fi. This space does not allow for cooking. The newly renovated building is ADA accessible. Guest access Guest have solo access to the entire private 650 SF Suite and also to the shared common area just outside the suite. This area contains an additional breakfast bar, a large gathering table, and a lounging area. Parking is alongside the outdoor entry door. Guests are a block away from downtown Heppner food trucks, a drug store, coffee shops, and other local businesses.
