At times, our friendly ducks and chickens free-roam the yard. If you’d like access to the large back field so your dogs can run and stretch their legs, just let us know — we’re happy to secure the birds first. Please note, the field fencing has some natural gaps, so it’s important to keep an eye(or leashed) on your pets while they play. Parking and Accessibility There’s plenty of convenient parking right in front of the casita, making loading and unloading simple and stress-free. If you’re driving a large truck or towing a trailer, you’ll find ample space to turn around and park comfortably. Please note: the driveway is gravel, not paved, which may make it challenging for wheelchairs or mobility devices as wheels can sometimes get caught in the small rocks. Guest access Step into your own private outdoor courtyard. You will open the wooden gate to enter into casita court yard then there is the front door. The entire guest home and openspace courtyard are reserved exclusively for you and your family. The fully fenced-in courtyard offers a private space. Santa Fe Serenity Casita perfect privacy with your own courtyard and easy access to all the main roads to discover local attractions or simply savoring the quiet moments with loved ones, this casita provides a cozy casita. Stay connected with fast internet access, ensuring business reliability. Other things to note There is a full floor mattress tucked behind the tall wooden closet in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Extra sheets, pillowcases, and comforters are stored in the tall wooden cabinet in the bedroom, allowing you to change the bedding during your stay if needed. The living space will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure; however, no cleaning services are provided during your stay. A laundry machine and dryer are available for your convenience within the casita. Please note that there is a strict no-smoking policy, and no parties are allowed. Violations of this policy will result in a $200 commercial cleaning fee.
