The welcoming decor is paired with a kettle, alongside complimentary tea and coffee (on the house) for your morning boost. ✨ Bathroom – Luminous Spa Oasis A large, spa-inspired bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub and a stunning backlit setup. Guest access The space features a seamless self-check-in system, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions along with a unique code to access the lockbox where your key awaits. Other things to note • Please supervise young children, especially on the stairs and balconies. • Smoking is not allowed inside. A 500 lei fee applies if violated. • No pets. No parties or events. • Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00 & 12:00–14:00. • Check-in: 16:00–21:00 | Check-out: 09:00–11:00. • Early check-in or late check-out incur extra fees. • This is a self-catering holiday home. We provide a fresh set of linens and towels per guest upon arrival. Please note that daily housekeeping or complimentary linen/towel changes are not provided during your stay. Extra changes can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. • For stays over 10 nights, an additional cleaning (with linen and towel change) is scheduled after payment. • To ensure a comfortable arrival, a limited starter pack of essentials is provided (coffee, sugar, kitchen paper, laundry capsules, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom) to cover your first day. Guests are kindly expected to purchase their own extra supplies for the remainder of their stay. • Invoice available upon request. • Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items. Please note that towels and linens permanently stained with makeup, foundation, blood, self-tanner, or other bodily fluids are considered damaged. Professional industrial laundries reject these items as they cannot be cleaned, and a replacement fee will be charged to the guest. • Completion of the guest registration form is mandatory according to Romanian law (Law no. 576/2001 on tourist accommodation and related regulations).
