Enjoy the activities in downtown Knoxville/UT campus and Dollywood/Pigeon Forge then retreat to our family farm. Private basement apartment is just a few steps from a small pond and dock to fish from, or sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Timber-framed barn 100 yards away with 3 horse stalls that open to the outside and an adjacent paddock. Apartment and barn are clean, quiet. Two bedrooms, one large bathroom, open living/dining/partial kitchen. Kitchen includes sink, full-size fridge, coffee pot (both Keurig and drip), dishes, single-burner cooking surface, microwave, air fryer and a charcoal grill steps away from the entrance. Enjoy playing pool, foosball or sitting on the patio near the pond stocked with fish. Wifi, YouTube tv, Roku tv with 33 local channels, gas fireplace. Guests are welcome to reserve time in 30 min or one hour increments on our pickleball court. Bring your own balls and paddles or use ours. The court is lighted for evening use until 10pm. Reservations and payment should be made prior to arrival. $15 for a 30 minute slot, $20 for one hour. Feel free to walk around the unfenced back yard and pond. We are happy to direct you to area attractions, restaurants, and points of interest. A seven-minute drive from Interstate 40, we are about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville (on the less traveled side), and about 25 minutes from Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Dollywood. Our family farm is near two major highways but our road is not heavily traveled and our home is not close to the road. Private, settled, peaceful. Parking is at the entrance door to the apartment and there are no steps inside or outside. There is a $15 per night fee for each additional guest after the first two.
