Our place is conveniently located: • 7 mins away from the Friedman Airport, local grocery stores, skating rink, etc. in the super-cute western town of Hailey, Idaho. • Great restaurants nearby. In 20 mins, you are at the foot of the ski mtn in Sun Valley! You’ll love our charming Guest House with it's cozy warm ambiance and beautiful outdoor surroundings. We have a 3night minimum bkg policy, but for those coming from Twin/Boise for a wkend, pls feel free to inquire for an exception. The space This super-clean Guest House apartment is a very large studio with plenty of room to move about. There are defining walls between the Bedroom and Living Room and there are very high ceilings that give it a loft-like feeling. It is decorated with upmarket furnishings and nice linens, towels, soaps, etc., and features a well-equipped kitchen. Bamboo floors have radiant heat underneath. Additional wall-unit heater in bathroom. The see-through fireplace between the living room and bedroom is remote-controlled, and will provide a lot of heat at a moments notice. Guest access There is a touchscreen doorknob for keyless entry to the outside entrance. Key provided at a predetermined spot for inside Guest Quarters Front Door. Please note: $25 deposit for Guest Qtrs Door Key Possible parking space provided in the garage. Please note: $100 deposit required for Garage Door Opener. Please remember to turn off the Fireplace (if lit), lock the exterior touchscreen deadbolt, and close the Garage Door when leaving the house, thank you! Other things to note The Guest House (and attached Barn) is our home so we are constantly updating and maintaining all of this property. This property is not just a rental and we take great pride in caring for it. We are looking forward to sharing it with others. We ask that guests please respect our unique and special furnishings as if they were their own. Thank you! Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and families. Note: Living Room couches can convert to beds. Up to 2 additional guests allowed for a nightly fee of $35 per guest.
