Included with your rental at the Pearl Beach House is access to the North Captiva Island Club, offering tennis courts, two pools, kayaks and bicycles and access to an outstanding restaurant and bar. The property's owners are not on the island when guests are staying in the home. However, relax comfortably knowing local assistants are available to help – and that we're available at all times via the Airbnb App! North Captiva Island is a private island. You access the island by ferry from Pine Island via a 25 minute boat ride. The ferry operates 7 days a week. We help our guests organize their travel to North Captiva Island via the Pine Island Ferry. Our check in time is 3:00PM and checkout is 11:00AM. All transport on North Captiva Island is by golf cart. We recommend all guests rent a golf cart from Boats And Fun if you’d like to drive around the island. Rentals are about $60/day. Contact them at their website You can use one for your entire stay or just the days you like. You must possess a drivers license to operate golf carts on North Captiva Island. There are no exceptions. Please be aware of this rule and note it is posted on most roadways on the island. Also please pay special attention to the island's rare Gopher Tortoises! You will surely come across one or two daily if you are out and about. North Captiva Island is a private and exclusive community of beautiful beaches, outstanding homes and interesting people!
