Welcome to my Beautiful 1 BR Condo. Comfortable bed and couch, & a fully stocked kitchen, there's everything you need for either a short or extended stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with small gym & pool . Close to just about anything you need in Atlanta. - 3.5 miles to Mercedes Benz Stadium / State Farm Arena - ~10-15 min to Atl Airport - Walking distance to Cellairis Amphitheater - Close to i75 and i20 expressways. The space The entire space is yours for complete privacy Guest access There’s a small gym/workout room right next door that you’ll also have 24 hr access to with a key card Pool is typically open around Memorial Day and Closes around Labor Day *NOTE * Both The Gym & Pool are temporarily closed due to COVID precautions Other things to note Very Important House Rule: PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING BESIDES TOILET PAPER (no feminine products, wipes - including 'flushable' wipes etc.) I live in a condo and the pipes will get backed up and causing leakage & major plumbing work. Being that I just had to undergo a complete drain cleaning from previous guests flushing such items, I am 100% certain of the current status of the drains and will charge $1500 if we find these items again, as that is the cost to remove them.
