Fantastic townhouse right on the border between the West Village and Soho with private outdoor space The space -Dates are flexible, please inquire -Duplex townhouse -Beautiful bright apartment during the day -Sunset view and watch the city light up at night (there are shades in the living room and bedroom, although they are not in the pictures) -Two bedrooms with queen size beds (each bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people) -Two private terraces accessed directly from the apartment; one overlooking the street with a quintessential NYC view and lounging furniture; the second more private with a BBQ -3 TVs (in the living room and bedrooms) each with cable and Roku -Desk with computer monitor that can be used as a second screen to make working remote easier. Printer as well. -Kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies (toaster, microwave, dishwasher, blender, food processor, etc.) -Nespresso machine, milk frother, and French press -Laundry washer and dryer -One flight of stairs leading to the apartment and one flight of stairs within the apartment -There is a security camera located on the staircase outside the entrance door to the apartment -Located above retail on a busy and noisy NYC street -Anything else you need, don’t hesitate to reach out! I love to help my guests and provide a true 5 star experience Guest access The apartment is all yours and I want you to feel at home! Please keep in mind, by staying here, you agree to have me, my assistant, my cleaning crew, or the repair man stop by the apartment if needed. This could be in response to a guest request, to refill supplies, to take out the garbage in accordance with NYC regulations, or make sure everything is going well and working properly. We will always give a heads up beforehand. You also agree to have the security camera in the staircase before entering the apartment. This is for your security and the security of both of our belongings. You agree to keep it plugged in for your entire stay. Other things to note Since this is a townhouse and not a skyscraper, you can hear the noises of New York City. I'm a light sleeper and have no problem sleeping in the apartment, but I am from the city and am accustomed to city noises. If you are concerned about noise (from cars, subway, etc.), I provide a noise machine with both white noise options and other calming sound options (ocean, campfire, etc.). However, before booking this apartment, please make sure you feel comfortable with sleeping in an apartment that is right above a busy city street. I like my guests to be happy, so if noise is a concern for you, please find another option that is better suited for your needs. If you are not concerned about this, I am confident that you will have a wonderful time! I do accept same day reservations from guests! But if you are making a same day reservation - please confirm with me the check in time as I can’t always guarantee the listed 3pm check in time, depending on when you’ve made the reservation. I can usually get you in the apartment right away, but please confirm with me before booking!
