Private room with a new queen size bed, TV with free Netflix, recliner, Keurig, and micro fridge. Private full bathroom. Keyless entry to come and go as you choose. Just around 10 minutes to FWA airport, to downtown, the River Greenway, Parkview Field, the Grand Wayne Center, and The Clyde Theatre. Easy 10 minute access to I-69 and just off Fairfield Avenue which takes you right into the heart of downtown. Perfect for professionals, or a couple in town for an occasion. The space We do have friendly cats. However they are typically confined to the other side of the house and you won't likely even see them. Please note the micro fridge is truly micro. It's meant to hold a few small bottles of water, a small left over box, or medicine that needs refrigerated. If you have the need to keep something in our kitchen fridge, we can discuss that on an individual basis. The bathroom is not attached to your room. We have a traditional style home and you'll have to take a few steps into the hallway to get to your bathroom. Guest access You have access to your bedroom, your bathroom, and our covered front porch (nice in the summer!) We do have a washer/dryer you can use if needed for a small fee (we would need to discuss this first.) I'm also open to you using our dining room if you want to eat a meal and prefer to eat at a table - just be sure to check with me first. During your stay We are available from 7am till 9:30pm via phone or text. We're generally home in the evenings and are happy to socialize if you're interested! We enjoy meeting new people but also respect privacy and other introverts. 🙂 Other things to note We provide k-cups, tea bags, bottled water, and a snack. Feel free to let me know if there is anything else you need for your stay.
