This is a studio style guest house located in my backyard paradise and includes private entry and private en suite bathroom. Just outside your door is the backyard with dining area, vegetable garden, cabana, massage chair, jacuzzi, and pool all open to enjoy! Smoking allowed outdoors only. 420 friendly. In the studio, you'll find a comfortable queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, ample closet space, a flat screen TV, Netflix, and free wi-fi. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, and only a couple of miles away from Ventura Blvd with numerous restaurants/bars/shops. 10 minute drive to hiking in beautiful Topanga Canyon. Convenient access to major freeways- 405 and 101. This is for our safety and monitors people coming in and out of my property. There is no camera in the backyard or studio area. Besides the studio, guests have access to the entire backyard space, including the pool (not heated), cabana area, hot tub, outdoor dining table, and vegetable gardens. The backyard is a shared communal space but we do not use the pool or hot tub, so it's all yours to enjoy privately. My partner and I live in the main front house and occasionally access the vegetable garden. We do our best to respect your privacy during your stay. I make it a priority to respect my guests' need for space and privacy. However, if you'd like to meet, please let me know, and if I'm home, I'll gladly come out and say hello. Whether you have questions or are in need of anything to make your stay more comfortable, you can always reach me via text or phone. It is a quiet and inviting suburban neighborhood. Balboa park is just down the street and is a very large park with water activities and many trails. Ventura Boulevard is only a few miles away, and is a hotspot for bars, restaurants, and shopping. Please note that Los Angeles is a very wide spread area so we do recommend you have a rental car when visiting. There is a bus stop at the end of the street (less than 2 minute walk) as well as the metro bus station a little over a mile away however, having a car is HIGHLY recommended especially if you're not staying city center of Los Angeles. Public transportation here in LA is still developing and can be slow or inaccessible from some areas. The backyard is a communal space, thank you for keeping this in mind during your stay. Also, while the studio will always be guaranteed clean and kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, please note that the backyard space is subject to the elements. I try to keep the pool and hot tub as clean as possible, with weekly cleaning service, however it is subject to the occasional leaves or debris from wind, dust, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
