Beautiful accommodations on peaceful sheep farm near Conestogo Lake. Enjoy country surroundings, backyard barbecues, riding your bike to the lake, or taking in a show with a short drive to the Drayton Festival Theatre. See horses and buggies as you travel into Mennonite farm country, only 25 minutes outside of Waterloo. The space Beautiful and comfortable master bedroom with a private washroom, and an available (for an extra charge - see below) extra bedroom. Tasty continental breakfasts are provided. Private entry to guest bedrooms is provided, with access (at no charge) to separate kitchen, living area and dining room space. To use the extra bedroom, there is an additional $29/ night charge. Airbnb doesn't have a way to request the extra bedroom on the payment page, so it shows instead as an extra guest. Please book for 3 guests if you want the extra bedroom (otherwise, it assumes 2 guests will share the master bedroom). Guest access Parking is available on-site (note: it's not covered). Please notify us in advance if you are bringing more than 1 vehicle. We can accommodate, but need to park our own vehicles accordingly to ensure that we leave enough spaces near the guest entry. During your stay We enjoy interacting with our guests, but are perfectly happy to give them as much privacy as they need. We are always just a text or phone call away! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The nightly price of $79 plus taxes and fees for 2 guests is assuming that the 2 guests are sharing the master bedroom.
