This is a small mobile home in a gated community very friendly community there numerous things to do in the park swimming shuffle board rc cars dancing about 30 minutes to south padrie island and 30 minutes to Mexico you will be here alone to use as you wish prepair your own meals or try local cuisine the choice is yours The space Guests will have use of the entire home to themselves. This is a 55 and over community. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire gated community which includes two swimming pools dances when they are scheduled dinners when they are scheduled the association may charge a fee for dances get together and dinners ect Other things to note This is a 55 and over community
