Welcome to our "Sun Splashed Legend". New construction apartment on the back of our house. Great space for your family enjoyment with open floor kitchen for entertaining. Beautiful décor with minimalist accents, lots of sunlight and beautiful renovated pool. We are 5 minutes away from the mall and best restaurants. Close to Dominguez Hills University and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Enjoy the best beaches just 15 to 20 min away. 30 min away from Disneyland & Universal Studios. 19 min from LAX. The space Our space is a private apartment on the back of the main house where we reside. Keep in mind that it's on the second floor and there is no elevator available. We provide 1 parking space in our driveway but there is also plenty of street free parking. There is a patio that belongs to the main house that you might also enjoy upon request. We have a friendly dog that is sometimes in that area. Please treat our home with care and respect. We have kids in the house. Please turn off the air conditioner if you plan to be out of the apartment for longer than 2 hours. That will help us keep our prices low. We have cameras in the common areas such as exterior patio, pool area and drive way. Guest access Guest has access to the entire apartment without sharing it with the host. Guests and hosts has full access to the pool (not heated), and fenced pool area from 8am to 10pm. The guests can get access to the covered patio and outdoors kitchen upon request. This area is part of the main house and belongs to the host but may be accessed by the guest at the host discretion. Quiet hours before 8am and after 10pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please don’t leave children/minors unattended around the pool area. Other things to note Our Airbnb is not for locals. This is for guests that reside at least 200 miles away from us. For security reasons, you will be required to provide a government identification verified by Airbnb prior to booking. No parties or gatherings with people who is not under the booking are allowed. 5 guests max in our property.
