You'll have a private room with your own bath and kitchenette, which is all in a separate building from the main house, and makes it even more private. It is well equipped with amenities such as a coffee maker, Keurig, refrigerator, microwave, assorted dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. There is a flat screen smart tv, cable, free WIFI, and a plush, queen size bed with plush memory foam topper. Located on the edge of Nebraska City, within 5 minutes of most shops and restaurants with easy access to highway 2, 75 and interstate 29. Plenty of free parking is available. Guest will have access to outdoor areas to enjoy the rolling Nebraska countryside. We live in the house next to the listing so we are around most weekends and evenings. We are private people and want to give our guests their privacy too, but we are always available for any problems, concerns or questions. If our schedules match up with guests we are more than happy to provide a guided tour of our fantastic city. You just have to let us know if you're interested. We want your stay to be a pleasurable and memorable experience. We love where we live because we are in the country where it is peaceful, quiet and very private but also very close to Nebraska City and all of it's amenities. There is no public transit where we are located and guests will need a car.
