Fifteen minutes from Cold Spring NY filled with artisan restaurants and shops. 12 miles from West Point and Bear Mt Park.1 hour N of NYC. The space Private spacious studio filled with light and character. Easy access from major highways, while sitting up on a hill, off the neighborhood roads. Beautiful light and trees, easy immediate parking. Quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood filled with flora and fauna. A great way to experience the Hudson Valley Guest access You have your own studio, which has 2 queen beds, private bathroom w/shower, and kitchenette. A beautiful table for working or feasting! Access to our solar heated, family pool. The pool is seasonal from mid-May - mid-September, weather permitting. We are happy to have you lounge and swim in our peaceful pool while you are visiting our area. ( And yes, there is plenty of pool privacy, but please no families who are looking to the pool as their only and final destination, all day every day. we are not equipped for that kind of stay.) We ask that you sign a liability waiver for pool usage. We are happy to help with any needs you might have. Other things to note We have a 24 hour Appalachian Deli and market located 2 minutes drive from the house. Great hot and cold food! Highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches and fresh pizza! Opening as of summer 2019, we have a Mexican restaurant , El Coyote, located within minutes on Rt 9. Main street in Cold Spring offers amazing restaurants and shops, as well as Beacon, which offers artisan coffee shops, museums, and cafe's.
