The Carriage House & Loft at GratiDude Ranch

The Carriage House & Loft at Gratidude Ranch has a modern yet rustic vibe and are two adjoining spaces that are rented as one that can sleep up to 6 guests. Kids love the loft and parents can send them up to their space while having some privacy in the Carriage House. It's also great for two couples as one can stay in the Loft and the other in the Carriage House. Both spaces share a full bath with a stand up shower. The private back porch overlooks gorgeous views and the sound of the creek. The space The Carriage House is an open concept space in a remodeled barn using all reclaimed local materials with a full kitchen and full bath. The Carriage House space has a queen bed and a twin bed. There are also two sofas. The loft is an adjoining space that has 3 twin beds. The space is great for families (parents can send the kiddos up to the loft while they enjoy some privacy in the Carriage House). It's also great for two couples to give some privacy. The loft does NOT have a private bath so the Carriage House bath is shared between both spaces. For those cold nights, the Carriage House has a wood stove for additional heat and ambience to keep you nice and toasty warm. Both spaces have heat for the colder months and air-conditioning for the hotter months. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. The private back porch overlooks gorgeous views and has a park style bbq grill in the ground off the back deck. Couples and singles also enjoy the space and simply don't use the loft portion, or use that as a work space. A barn on the property offers a community gathering area to read, relax or swing. Our farm pets on the ranch include our Pyrenees pup Lily, our barn cat, Kitty, our miniature dwarf cow, Red, and our miniature donkeys, ponies, goats, a few friendly chickens and our miniature pigs. You are welcome to meet all of them during your stay! We're only 8 miles from historic Leipers Fork Village, less than 20 miles south of Historic Downtown Franklin, TN, approx 10 minutes from the well-known Loveless Cafe, and approx 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. For out of town guests, Fox & Locke has live music almost every night. The Loveless Cafe offers amazing breakfast. Meridees and Frothy Monkey are favorites as well in downtown Franklin. Whatever you want - you can find! There are numerous antique shops, a rare books store, a few upscale art galleries, and plenty more small town shops await you in the community of Leiper's Fork. PLEASE NOTE: Although we are pet friendly, we do charge a $150 pet fee per pet.
