The apartment is located on the edge of the wine village of Minheim with beautiful views of the Moselle and the surrounding vineyards. The chicly designed and luxuriously equipped apartment in the Johanneshof vineyard can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 double rooms. Three of the rooms have a small private bathroom, two of the rooms share a large bathroom. Apartment is completely newly remodeled and furnished. The surrounding nature invites you to hike, cycle, rest and relax. The space "Wine meets art" - Our winery offers not only good wine, but also good art. Come and look. You will feel comfortable. On the huge terrace facing the Moselle, you can rest wonderfully, sunbathe, read, tell and eat together. And not just in the sunshine, because the terrace is partially covered and equipped with heat radiators. The terrace becomes your second living room. The spacious and fully equipped fitted kitchen with large kitchen block invites you to cook together. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. Guest access The apartment is a completely enclosed residential unit on the first floor of the winery, which is exclusively available to the vacation guests. Other things to note The Johanneshof has its name from the directly adjacent church of St. Johann Baptist. The winery is built on the walls of a medieval tenth barn that belonged to the diocese of Trier. The medieval wine cellar is still preserved. Many finds of Roman brick on the property suggest that there was once a Roman winepress here. A fine Riesling wine (Kestener Paulinsberg and Piesporter Herrenberg) is harvested and expanded from the vineyards: let yourself be tasted.
