This is a well equipped one bedroom condo that sleeps 3. It is nestled at the base of Olympic Valley's world famous Ski Resort(Squaw Valley/Palisade Tahoe). Approximately 0.3 miles away from the Condo is The Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping, live music, family-friendly activities and 3,600 acres of ski-able terrain in the winter and some of the best Spring, Summer and Fall hikes. Also during your stay, you won’t have to deal with early morning ski traffic. The space Approximately 600 sqft with one bedroom, kitchen,dining and living room. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, a work space with desk, a large dresser, two bedside tables, a TV with Roku and a closet with hangers. Full Kitchen, equipped with the essentials for cooking and clean up. The dining area has a table with banquette seating. Attached to the dinning area is the living room which has a love seat, chair, coffee table, a bunk bed, television and an electric fireplace. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, a sink, a toilet, and we will provide each guest with a towel set. Also available in the unit we have a few folding chairs, two small coolers, two snow shovels, two sleds, a high chair, a portable crib and board games for all ages. Our listing is set for 3 people but we are open to make an exception for families with more then one child, just message me details and I'll make the change manually. Guest access The Condo unit sits on the 3rd floor of a 24 unit building, there are no elevators. There is a key entry ski locker on the first floor where you can store your skis and poles or a small fold up stroller(umbrella stroller). There is also space to lock up a few bikes on the first and second floor, as long as they don't block the flow of foot traffic. During your stay you have access to the whole unit as well as the shared laundry room. Other things to note -At the moment there’s no cable but both TV’s are set up on Roku and you can stream channels. -No Pets!! Though we love animals they are not allowed. We will charge you a $300 cleaning fee if we hear from the resident manager that you brought your pet(dog, cat, hamster, bird, etc). -We are required by Placer County to collect TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) which is 11% of your reservation amount not including Airbnb fees. Upon booking you will see this tax itemized on your reservation. If you have any question about TOT let me know or you can contact Placer County directly and they will answer any question you have. -This is a non-smoking complex, the resident manger lives on site. -There’s only parking and a parking permit for 1 car. Street parking is never allowed summer or winter.
