Linens included! This well-maintained building on 130th Street and Oceanfront is close to dining, shopping, Northside Park, and all the fun activities Ocean City has to offer. This full-equipped unit includes a dishwasher, washer and dryer, 3 Televisions and the Internet. Families welcome!No parties! The space Newly renovated! This beautiful 4th floor oceanfront condominium is situated on the beach off 130th street in Ocean City, Maryland. Ocean views are throughout the unit. We encourage you use our binoculars to spot dolphins, sea birds of all varieties, and the occasional seal or whale! Linens & towels included! This is a low rise building so you won't waste precious beach time waiting for the elevator! The elevator makes for quick, easy access to your path to the beach. Your feet will be in the sand within minutes. The location is perfect for families that want to be close to the beach as well as within walking distance to many fun activities. All outlets are tamper resistant and family games are provided. (Adult groups must add all adult names to the reservation and everyone must have a connected Airbnb account updated with their phone number and email .) Across the street is Montego Bay Shopping Center and many restaurants. Northside Park is a short walk behind the shopping center. Northside Park offers walking and biking paths, playground equipment, and an outdoor fitness area as well as a crabbing pier and seating area to relax to beautiful sunset views. Fireworks from Northside Park can be viewed from Northside Park itself or the bayside walkway every Sunday night July through August! (Northside Park activities are not guaranteed and subject to change by the town council.) The unit itself has space for up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms. There is a sleep sofa in the living room as well as a rollaway bed stored in the Master closet. Sheets and towels are provided and will be folded on top of each bed. We wash all comforters, bath mats, and any used between guests. You will be required to makeup the beds. Additional supplies and sheets can be found in the bedroom closets. There is an outdoor foot-wash along the walking path to the beach between the buildings. You are provided with a starter set of supplies that includes dish soap and toilet paper. Montego Bay shopping center has a Dollar Tree and a Super Thrift for convenient shopping right across the street. You must be over 25 years old to book and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Make sure all adults are listed on the reservation before you request a booking. Everyone must connect with their Airbnb account. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for those unforeseen circumstances! Guest access The entire condo. There are 2 reserved parking spots in the lot and all available street parking is free. Campers and trailers are not permitted. Other things to note Make sure you park in the assigned parking spot. If you park in another unit's spot you will be subjected to towing. There is a beach equipment rental right on the beach at 130th street. You can rent an umbrella and chairs and they will set up wherever you designate for your entire stay.
