We take pride in the cleanliness and maintenance of the condo and complex. The space You will also find hair dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board, high speed internet, cable TV, washer and drier in unit and fully equipped kitchen. The unit will be clean and ready upon check in with a small amount of supplies upon arrival: 1 paper towel roll, a fresh toilet paper roll in each bathroom, small dish detergent and sponge in kitchen, 2 extra trash bags and a few bath toiletries as a courtesy. Anything extra are up to guest to replenish during stay as we do not offer daily housekeeping. There is a Publix and Walgreens conveniently located within walking distance.
