Rustic and private rural/serene setting in Sierra Foothills on 3 acres with trees and wildlife - 8 min to Bass Lake - 45 min to Southgate entrance of Yosemite National Park / 1.5 hour to Yosemite Valley Floor - 45 min to Fresno- 25 min to Chukchansi Casino. Our cabin cottage has approximately 365 sq. ft. of living space. For the comfort of our visitors, due to coronavirus restrictions we have reduced our maximum occupancy to 2 persons including children. "No Shoes" ... "Non-Smoking" ... Clean, cozy and comfortable cabin cottage with essential amenities. The nightly fee includes two people. There is an extra guest fee of $10 per person/per night over two people if permitted by the host. There is central heating for winter months and a portable air conditioner for June through August. Please Note: July and August are the hottest months sometimes in the 100's. There are ceiling fans in each room. One queen platform bed in the bedroom with built-in bunk beds in hall area. You will need to bring personal Items/toieletries. Alcohol permitted in MODERATION. A picnic table is located in front of the cabin, and we have a central BBQ area with a gas grill available for our guests. Sanitation is required before and after each use. Sanitizer will be provided. Due to continuous high fire danger, NO OPEN FIRES permitted at any time. Cabin has a stove/oven and full-sized refrigerator/freezer. Two chairs on front porch provide a peaceful place to relax, read a book and enjoy a tranquil outdoor nature experience as deer and wildlife roam the property. Non-paved access - convenient parking outside of cabin. There is plenty of open space outside of the cabin to enjoy. We have a central BBQ area for our visitors, but we also enjoy getting to know our visitors by inviting them to our main house for conversation and sharing. Hosts live on property as well, but cabins are away from main house so everyone has their privacy. A folder has been created and sits on the table with helpful information on local areas, hiking trails, and sites to visit. Hosts are available any time to assist or answer your questions. Acres of open space around main property. We have neighbors but the open space between us allows for a private and peaceful setting for the cabin. No public transportation. Bass Lake is only a few minutes away and Bandit Town is down the street about a mile. Their are many other Lakes within a half hour including State managed Manzanita Lake.
