Guest access Master Bedroom - KING bed, walk-in closet, sliding glass doors exit to back, screened in lanai. New wood vinyl flooring! Freshly painted summer 2024. Master bathroom with shower/tub, large vanity. Wall-mounted smart TV for streaming. Guest Bedroom- KING via pop double twin trundle, a view of the river, plantation shutters, private bathroom. Make yourselves at home in kitchen/living room, lanai, outdoor patio, docks. You will be provided fresh linens. Please ask about the ins/outs of the area! Happy to share all my local knowledge! Paddleboards/kayaks available upon request for small fee. Bring your fishing poles! OWNER ONLY ACCESS to garage and boat lift/boat, off limits to guests (approval required). Please inquire for boat and garage access. Happy to accommodate boats up to 25', and trailers up to 30', prior approval is required and fees apply. Boat lift will be unavailable to air b n b guests between 11/1/2024 and 4/30/2025. Other things to note Please send an inquiry for details and availability! This house accommodates 4 people comfortably. Additional guests will be charged. We are a PET FRIENDLY residence with a partially fenced-in yard! (Dogs only) Pet fee = $35 / pet per day Flat rate pet fee for long-term stays only! Due upon check-in. The refrigerator has a water filtration system built in. Bonita Springs is serviced by Bonita Springs Utility, which provides some of the finest water quality in the area. Dock/Boat lift - home rentals between 11/1/2024 and 4/30/2025 will not have access to the boat lift (owner-only access during these dates).
