A large artist's studio guesthouse with attached bathroom (with large shower). A separate entry with one parking spot on premises available. If you're visiting town for few weeks, this place is perfect for you. Located in the Hollywood Hills just above Sunset Strip, leave your car at home and walk down to Chateau Marmont bar or any bar on the strip then uber back. Living here is living in the middle of the city, yet in nature with birds chirping and cool breezes throughout the day. The space Quite, beautiful, calm, surrounded with fruit trees, bright. Artists love the place. Nicely decorated, the theme is simplicity. Private bathroom and large wardrobe available for guest use! Small refrigerator and microwave also in studio. Best location in LA- 3 minutes up in the Hills, above sunset strip- above Chateau Marmont. The studio has no kitchen but you do have a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate (induction) + pots and dishes, coffee make. We do like to spoil our guest with a lavish cappuccino -:) Guest access All studio and yard. Access to washer and dryer Other things to note Host has been living in LA for 30 years, and is happy to give advice. The property has a private gate, and should be kept closed when not in use!
