Farmhouse in vineyard and forest hot tub!

Private getaway - farm house on 5 acre family farmstead with vineyard, valley views and goats in the Tualatin Mountains near Portland, Scappoose, Beaverton and Hillsboro, Oregon. Two bedroom house: King bedroom, queen bedroom + sofa bed in living room. Our farm's name "Nos Sueños" means "our dreams" in an old Spanish dialect. We've put in years of hard work to make our dreams come true. We hope you enjoy the fruits of this labor of love during your stay The space Guests have exclusive access to the main level of the house, private patio and yard. The main level of the house (1200 sq. ft.) has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living/dining room and full kitchen. We are using the lower level for private storage and it is unoccupied. You are welcome to hike the gravel road on the farm property and the adjacent forest property where we now live. There's 3/4 mile of road available to hike across the farm and through the adjacent woods - please leave the gate in-between properties the way you found it (open or closed). It keeps deer out of the orchard. You may see us taking our morning walk with the dogs along the road. Try out the gazebo / picnic area up above the vineyard near the greenhouse for fantastic views of the McCarthy Creek valley we're nestled in. The gazebo has a cool shaded table & chairs or you can enjoy a sunny picnic lunch with a view on the picnic table near the greenhouse. Our location offers easy access to NW Portland, the adjacent tech centers in Hillsboro / Beaverton and access to highways to Tillamook, Seaside and Astoria on the Oregon coast. Transport convenience has a downside... We are off a fairly busy road connecting three counties. Truck and traffic noise is part of life here - worse at weekday rush hours. There is a railway spur across the valley that is in infrequent use. Thankfully there are no crossings requiring train horns / whistles, but the rumbling of the rail cars (mostly loaded with fir logs) is audible. We have a small Rat Terrier “Piper” and Poodle “Brinkley” who bark at folks they don't know, but are friendly dogs. There is a honeybee apiary located along the road on our adjacent forest property. The hives are far away from the house, but there are honeybees visiting just about anything that blooms here. Guest access Guests can access the main level of the house, patio, hot tub, yard, farm property & forest properties and barn / greenhouse. We have 2 tame goats (Bernice and Brindle) living in the barn / pasture. The blue metal shop building / office is private. OK to access the forest property through the gate and explore there as well. Other things to note If something is missing, broken or seems not to be working right please let us know. We want to make sure everyone enjoys their stay and appreciate being made aware so we can make things right.
