Rick's Downtown Vintage Flat-With Parking

Rick's Flat is the entire third floor of our preserved 1821 townhouse with original architecture alongside modern updates. The floor plan is an efficiency flat-beds are in two rooms separated by an archway, with no door. There’s a compact modern kitchen & large shower in the bath. Because of the lofty porch, we accept adults and older children only. We control furnace remotely by Nest. (Simply text for adjustments). Please be aware the cozy steam radiators can sometimes hiss and bang. The space Parking is in our private attached lot, so no worries. Parking for one vehicle is included ( please contact us if more parking is needed) Please be aware of tree roots in the brick sidewalk. Our building is ideally located with the Frederick City Historic District; one block from the the Square Corner [center of Frederick, the intersection of Market and Patrick Streets. Guest access Rick’s Flat is private & self-contained and is accessed up 3 flights of stairs from a common stairwell. There is a private porch off the back of the flat. Other things to note Starter supplies provided: toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, dish soap, bath soap, hand soap. For our guest’s safety we have Nest security cameras in the entrance vestibule, down the side of the building, and on the driveway and parking lot.
