Relaxing Master Suite Near Beach, Shopping & I95!

Are you looking for a relaxing home to that is near the beach, I95 and shopping? Come check out our bright and lovely townhome in a safe gated community! The space is nicely decorated & centrally located. Our place is perfect for business professionals, couples, solos or anyone wanting to visit Deerfield Beach for the fabulous vibes. We're close to I-95, Florida turnpike, the beach, Tri-rail, shopping, dining & airports. We welcome guests from all over & we are also LGBTQ friendly! The space Our place is bright and welcoming. The room you will be staying in for your visit has a nice firm mattress with comfy fresh bedding. It also has a TV with Netflix, Hulu and Roku and Bluetooth Speaker. We do our best to provide essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, sunblock, lotion,fresh towels and whatever else you need that will make your stay comfortable! The guest room is located on the second floor so you will be required to take the stairs. Laundry room is available for use. The kitchen has all the essentials to whip up a meal such as pots, pans, juicer,tea kettle, (free tea)french press (free organic coffee) dishes, filtered water, condiments, and spices. You’re welcome to bring your food to cook or store in your special spot in fridge and pantry! Feel free to enjoy breakfast in the sunny patio, there are tons of butterflies squirrels and cute lizards to keep you company. We also have a cooler, beach chairs, sunscreen and beach bag that you are able to use when visiting so no need to take up space in your bag! We also provide an umbrella for the rainy days. Please be aware if you are renting a vehicle that parking in the complex is limited especially in the late evening! We welcome late check out up to 1:00pm, please ask host for confirmation! Thank you. Guest access Home is shared with my hubby and I. Feel free to use any of the common spaces as your own. You're welcome to cook in the kitchen, help yourself to the many teas and coffees provided and even dine outside in the cozy Florida room. I also have spare yoga mats and a relaxing salt lamp to keep your practice going while you're visiting. The community has tennis courts, gym, hot tub, a sparkling pool (heated year round)and tanning area by the lake! During your stay We’re early risers start the day around 6:00 am! We love meeting new folks and opening our home. We will chat with you, hang out, have dinner with you etc if you want, and are all about respecting privacy if you want to keep to yourselves! No worries.
