Ideally suited for families and groups, it offers a welcoming and functional environment in every detail. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals with complete convenience. The outdoor living area makes gatherings even more special, perfect for long lunches and summer evenings with friends and family. In addition, the house has cable TV, a washing machine, and all the necessary amenities for short or long stays. Important Notice – Popular Festivals (August 14th to 16th) During the weekend of August 14th to 16th, the traditional local popular festivals take place. Throughout these days there will be various celebrations and activities, including shows of popular Portuguese music, fireworks, street entertainment and traditional gastronomy. Participation is free and all visitors are invited to enjoy the festive atmosphere. Please keep in mind that, due to the festivities, there may be some noise in the vicinity of the house, especially during the afternoon and evening. Although this is a very popular event with the local community, it may not be the best option for guests seeking a completely quiet environment during these dates. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you enjoy this unique cultural experience. Important information: - The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smokers. In case of non-compliance, a minimum fee of €200 may be applied. - For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies up to a limit of €80. - A welcome kit with essential products for the first day of your stay is provided. - For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer extra towels free of charge. - For stays of 10 nights or more, we offer interim cleaning, linen and towel replacement, and complimentary replenishment of toiletries. - Additional services such as extra cleaning, extra linen, or extra keys can be requested subject to availability and additional cost. - Checkout must be completed by 11:00 AM.
