For longer stays a laundry service with a days notice provided, separate entrance, privacy, quiet large space, comfortable and excellent location to come and go anywhere in the city within five minutes of highways and downtown Cleveland. We are a city neighborhood and there is street traffic outside, however we live across from the St. John Cantius Church parking lot, and it is not overly busy. Must see the beautiful architecture of this 100 year old church. A special grotto dedicated to Pope John Paul ll. Great location to walk around the corner to Professor Ave where there are numerous 5 star restaurants and shops. The Tree House, Bourbon Street restaurant, Ty-Fun, Fahrenheit, Edison's Pub just a few great places. Complete upstairs area with separate entrance, and garden area on the premises toward back of house. Seating to read a morning paper or just lounge for a little while. Parking in either the church parking lot or on the street. There is also parking on the front apron of the premises. Laundry service for longer stays provided and there is a Laundromat on West 14th Street. Caroline or Chuck your hosts will be around at all times to assist our guest with questions or other concerns. The Tremont area is a nice blend of longtime residents and an influx of upwardly mobile residents. So much new construction and condominiums in the area these days. There are festivals and events going on in Tremont every weekend.
