This unit has two queen beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a workspace. The space -We do not have an elevator or a lobby -There is free street parking available. Parking restrictions are posted on signs. -32" flat screen smart T.V. capable of running personal streaming services. . -Features automated self check in and check out. -Complementary high-speed internet access. -There is an ample amount of outlets in the room. -An organic full-service grocery store is next to the building. Other things to note The Marquette Hotel retains the right to require guests to present a valid ID at any point during their stay. Any guests not included in the reservation must be approved via email before they are allowed on hotel property. Failure to comply with this rule could cause your stay to be cancelled without the possibility of a refund. Self check-in; Code will be provided upon booking $10 early check-in fee. We hold onto left-behind items for one week. We do not hold onto the following items: socks, underwear, food, beverages, or items in the recycling or trash Your comfort is important to us. We guarantee that your in-room air conditioning will be capable of cooling to a minimum of 72°F (22°C), and your heating system will warm to a minimum of 72°F (22°C). Should you experience any issues with your room's temperature not meeting this guarantee, please contact the front desk right away. After our team verifies the issue, we will happily provide a 15% discount on your room rate for the remaining nights of your stay. If the television, refrigerator, or microwave in your room is not functioning properly during your stay, please notify us immediately via SMS text message. Once we've been notified and verified the issue, we will refund 3% of your total reservation cost, if we are unable to remedy the issue. Hotel Noise Policy To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, the following noise policy is strictly enforced: First Violation: If a noise complaint is made and your unit is identified as being in violation of our noise policy, you will receive a warning and be asked to cease the disruptive noise immediately. Second Violation: Should a second noise complaint be made regarding your unit, you will be required to vacate the premises within 15 minutes. No Refunds: Violations of this noise policy will result in immediate eviction, and no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your stay. Please Note: The hotel ensures that all mechanical devices, including refrigerators, heating, and cooling units, operate below established decibel limits to minimize ambient noise.
