Retro Retreat Near Downtown St. Paul (Boho Room)

THIS IS A LOCKING, PRIVATE AIR BNB ROOM IN A SHARED HOME W/ OTHER GUESTS! Location, location, location! This contemporary home is conveniently situated just minutes from downtown St. Paul and everything it has to offer! Take in a concert or hockey game at the Xcel Energy Center, or dine at one of the trendy restaurants on St. Peter Street! You're less than 5 miles away! Also less than 10 min from MSP Airport; Childrens, Regions, & United Hospitals, and about 15 minutes from Mall of America. The space The home has been tastefully decorated to feature a fun, retro-inspired vibe. Mixed with modern wall colors and contemporary decor, you will find charming vintage touches throughout. There is a fully-stocked kitchen in the home so that you can shop locally and prepare meals during your stay if so desired. You can also relax or read a book in the sunny living room with tall windows that let in ample amounts of natural light. The cozy bedroom boasts trendy furnishings and decor so that you will feel comfortable and at-home whether you are staying for three nights or three months. For guests working from home: This room is very cozy so it cannot accommodate a large, permanent desk, but because so many of our guests need to work from home, the room does have a 40" folding desk and folding chair that can be folded and stored when not in use. Guest access Guests have a private room, and share the bathroom with other guests in the home. There is also a shared living room and kitchen. During your stay I do not live on site but am frequently in the area attending to my Air Bnb listings. I also have a contractor who handles maintenance and a cleaner who cleans the common areas of the home once a month.
