Adorable little house newly remodeled. This is a two bedroom home with all the necessary amenities, including kitchen supplies and coffee. Walking distance from local sites. The space The house is cute and comfortable for a homey feel when staying. The Riverwalk is just a short walk away heading towards the school. It's makes for wonderful morning or evening walk in one of San Angelo's best attractions. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests. This includes a laundry room. The backyard is not yet fenced but many guests have already made good use of it and enjoyed games and grilling (some brought their own grill). There is only a small locked storage in the back that is not accessible. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. 10 pm is the quiet, shut down time. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighbors by shutting down any gathering at 10pm. Large gatherings are not permitted at all.
