Delightful dining area seating 4 which is flooded with light from the French doors. The bedroom offers a great king-size bed with cashmere natural fibres mattress, luxury 300 thread count linen, roman blind with black out lining, hairdryer, dressing table, hanging space, HD TV and DAB radio alarm clock. The lounge area (open plan to staircase) small sofa, HD TV & bean bag. The bathroom has high quality sanitary-ware & fittings, toiletries, lovely white towels, shaver point, bespoke shower enclosure, quite tight on head room in shower if your over 6ft,,, the highest point is 1m 97cm in the attic bathroom. USB power point throughout and free WIFI. Small outdoor area, lovely 3 piece dinning furniture, ideal for a refreshing G&T on a warm sunny day. Overall I'd describe the annex as modern, cosy and quiet quirky over 3 floors narrow stairs. No smoking inside the Annex and no pets. Guest access The annex is located at the top of our drive, parking is free on our quiet Private road, right outside the property. CCTV security in place. Other things to note The annex would have been servant's accommodation back in the day and we live in the main part of the house. Everything in the annex is brand new!
