Our space is located half a block from “The Drive.” ⭐️The Drive offers 22 full blocks to explore with over 300 distinct merchants, including quaint boutiques, an eclectic collection of restaurants, a vibrant live music and bar scene, dinner and dancing, theatres, coffee houses, specialty food&bakeries. A one of a kind experience. 🚶Walking score ➡️94 The space Our space is located half a block from Commercial Drive which is one of the most vibrant, eclectic and culturally diverse communities, in Metropolitan Vancouver. "If you're into organic food, unique boutiques, Italian espresso shops, fresh gelato, old school European delis, poetry, cafe culture, political and environmental activism, and a place where you can get a feel for what it might be like to actually live in Vancouver, this is the place (Commercial Drive)." Commercial Drive is also a fanatstic launching pad for exploring beautiful Vancouver, because of it central location (5 min from downtown), 10 minutes from the cruise terminal and major city bus transportation routes. It is also voted one of the 10 hippest neighbourhoods in North America. AMENITIES: Kitchenette does NOT include a STOVE: BUT does INCLUDE, Toaster, Microwave, Bar fridge, Coffee maker, and Electric kettle, plates, cutlery, cups/glasses, fan (in the TV stand). We also have a cleaning fee however, we try to keep costs down for our guests so we provide the option to leave the space clean and tidy for the next guests, excluding all linens and laundry, and the $85 cleaning fee will be automatically waived. Otherwise the cleaning service is available if preferred. We also have a short guest registration form which is sent out via email and needs to be completed by each guest. It requests an email, address, 2 emergency contacts and employment information (optional with 2 emergency contacts). Transit system (city bus) is a half a block away...takes 20-25 minutes to arrive at all these hot attractions!
