"The Sugar Shack" Tiny Mtn. House
Sparkling-clean "tiny house" with stunning mtn. location/views, and easy 20 minutes to award-winning Asheville, NC. Gorgeous, spa-like interior based on Zen design principles. Sleeps up to 6 (cozily). WIFI, flatscreen TVs, kitchenette, deck, gardens. Now featuring a gorgeous new, two-level stone patio, including a large fire pit gathering space and dining area for 6. Overnight EV charging now available. Stay in your very own tiny house featuring spa-inspired design. Soaring ceilings, reclaimed barn beams, hardwood floors, vintage wormy chestnut cabinetry, granite surfaces, glass tiles, European track lighting and heated bath floors will inspire a most memorable stay. Peaceful mountain views, gardens, a deck and a spectacular, two-tiered fire pit and outdoor dining area await you. 20 minutes down the road you'll find Asheville, NC with its award-winning restaurants, microbreweries, galleries, shops, artisans, and of course The Biltmore. As the bungalow is on our property next to the main house, guests may occasionally see us come and go, but their privacy is of utmost importance to us. Sugar Hollow is a magical mountain neighborhood of quirky bungalows and cottages. The famous Hickory Nut Gap Farm (organic, free-range meats) is at the bottom of the Mtn, as is Flying Cloud Farm, an organic farm and produce stand. All the locals treasure this location, as it is filled with friendly artists, farm-to-table enthusiasts, and nature lovers. Opportunities for hikes right from your door! Uber is a bit hit-or-miss from the house into town, but drivers are always willing to take you back here from town. The Sugar Shack can sleep 6 in beds. However, keep in mind that it is truly a tiny house (at 486 square feet), so parties of 6 should know it will be a bit cozy! Kitchenette has hot plate and high-end toaster oven but not a full stove.
