This is a Quiet residential neighborhood, just 3 blocks east of Marina Del Rey in Mar Vista Los Angeles and is close to Venice and the beach. The Master Bedroom has King size bed, lots of closets and a private bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed and also has lots of closet space. Upper unit with Fireplace, balcony, Dishwasher, Microwave, granite counter tops, stainless steel sink. Also, you can surf the internet with the BIG "47" Flat screen TV and you can cast directly from Smart Phone or Computer to the TV. There is a Bike path in front of building that takes you straight to the Marina and beach in about 15 minutes. You can walk to the area's most famous Sushi restaurant, Mexican Restaurants and Bakeries. Also Ronnie's Dinner, other eateries and shops are right down the street.
