Your private suite has: ) a private bedroom /a queen-sized bed; ) a private bath /a walk-in-shower; ) a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee maker, a microwave, a small sink plus an under-the-counter refrigerator with a separate freezer; ) a locked private entry into a multi-purpose room that has a loveseat, TV, a drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The suite has a new independent "HVAC air & vent system", totally separate from our HVAC system, so our Guests have complete temperature control. The space We welcome tourists, hikers and business people. Perhaps you're here to visit family members and/or friends; those caring for loved ones in Mission Hospital or the VAMC. Only 3 steps up, to the suite's private entrance and deck, which you're welcome to use! Additional "rules" for our Private Suite: No smoking or vaping allowed in, or outside, of the suite. Sorry, we are unable to accept pets, children or local residents from Buncombe County. Our maximum occupancy is 2 adults. Please indicate the number of adults who will be staying overnight in the suite, giving us a guest's first name. Guest access Off-street parking in well-lit area, close to the private entrance to the suite & deck. If you're going to have more than your one vehicle, please let us know ahead of time, so that we can make sure that we can provide enough room to accommodate another vehicle or bicycles. Other things to note Please be considerate by honoring a 10:30 pm to 7:00 am quiet time. Only registered guests allowed to stay overnight. No smoking, vaping or candles allowed on premises.
