Located conveniently next to Historic downtown Richmond, and easy access to major hwy 59. 100s of retailers within a short 5 minute drive. 15 Minutes away from Sugar Land Medical Center as well as Smart Financial Concert Centre! 33 minutes away from Downtown Houston or Galleria area for upscale night out. The space Premium water softener for the entire home(Better shower than 5 star hotels!!). Reverse Osmosis Water purification system in the Kitchen Sink, gives amazing drinking water. Lovely 2 Bedroom home with very high ceilings, upgraded queen mattress', Calvin Klein Comforter and essentials. Luxurious and rustic flooring. Wifi included, Netflix, Sling TV, 2 32" TV's, 1 Living room 65" TV, 1 Xbox one S, and 1 Xbox One X! Guest access There is a full kitchen included for the whole family to enjoy! Only required to purchase groceries as I keep just enough for my personal week-load on hand. Lounge in the living room as I have a full Home Theater system sure to please anyone! Come and go as you please, my home is your home, I am extremely outgoing. Parking can be in the driveway or in the street, If you would like detached garage parking access let me know and I will make it happen. The thermostat is located in the living room directly to the right of the TV. It is your home as well while you stay so feel free to adjust it as you please! Please respect the master bedroom as it is 100% off limits. Thank you! During your stay I do live on the property, however I am rarely home during the day due to work! I am still available to guests 24/7 either in person or via call/text. Please ask any questions and I will be sure to help as you are my own family. I will also appreciate guests making me aware of any portion of their stay that could be improved as I am a perfectionist. It’s my pleasure to be your host! Other things to note There is a train that runs nearby, not frequently. I do provide complementary disposable earplugs for each guest if they are light sleepers(I find the train tranquil). I have a dog walker who comes over to take my dogs out on days that I work. Her name is Perla and is typically there for only 15 minutes sometime between 2p-4p. I don’t want guests to be alarmed if yall are home and she comes through the front door. Please respect the home and enjoy your stay! Thank you!
