#4 on private beach commanding deck views of lake

One of the most unique cottage rentals on the southwestern shore of Lake Erie. A turn of the century cottage with updated kitchen and bathroom which is wonderfully maintained. Located on 14 acres of private property and a private beach with 4 generations of returning renters. We are ideally looking for a family maximum 2 adults and 4 children, that would enjoy their stay and become a retuning family for years to come. The space Private beach , lawn chairs, use of water equipment such as kayaks, kids paddle boards, kids kayaks , adult kayaks , adult SUP's, a permanent raft in the middle of the bay during the summer, which kids can swim out to and jump off. We would really like to underline it is a family oriented space and there are a lot of kids. It is a very safe place for children to have some independence without the concern of strangers, traffic and the usual city worries. We are looking for long term families to come and enjoy or wonderful, undiscovered oasis . Tis cottage also has a dishwasher , air conditioning and 2 tempur pedic beds . The upstairs loft has two single beds and we welcome dogs here to this cottage . The deck here is amazing and has outdoor seating for meals for 8 people. There are also two chaise lounges where you can sunbathe and look onto the beach from the comfort of your own private deck . Depending on what time of the summer you rent this cottage there may be zero people that are sitting on the beach and maybe there may be 14-20 people . It is private and there would be no one on the beach that is not permitted there by the managers. .We take our renters very seriously and we want to ensure you are happy. We have several other properties for rent and we want to make sure you are satisfied . Please do not hesitate to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer Guest access Upon arrival guests will have immediate access to the private beach . After reviewing house rules provided in cottage they will have access to tennis courts , shuffleboard courts farm animals etc Other things to note Quiet hours are from 11pm until 8 am. No parties or overnight guests No day guests unless you check with property owners in advance. we very strongly discourage day guests as this is a family friendly property and parents enjoy the freedom that it allows their children to have free rein of the property without the concern of strangers here. A lot of families rent here for the entire season and we would not like to disrupt them with day guests . Water is a very precious resource here as the cottage is on septic . All windows south facing must be closed if you leave the cottage. Please be respectful of the items in the cottage as they belong to another family . If you break something please let us know so we can replace or repair it . Garbage and recycling are located by the playground . Children must be supervised on the beach AT ALL TIMES . There is not a lifeguard on duty here . Bonfires can be had on the beach weather dependent and you must ensure to extinguish before you leave it unattended. Please remove all bedding and place in bathrooms upon your departure
