Homestead Hideaway Central to Zion & More!

Our ranch house has been a family getaway for many years and we would like to share our love of this desert oasis with you. It is a four bedroom family friendly house situated on five acres of northern Arizona wilderness which was homesteaded by our ancestors. Perfect location to unplug and get away into nature or if you're visiting Zion, Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell and Bryce Canyon all 2 hours or less. Area is great for hiking, biking, ATV's, horseback riding and more! The space The space The ranch house has a spacious and open floor plan perfect for families or groups. It is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a full kitchen with everything and the kitchen sink. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and food staples like flour, sugar, tea, coffee and spices. There are two bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen beds and two bedrooms downstairs with 1 queen and 1 king bed and three bathrooms. There is also a loft with an air mattress so the kids can enjoy sleeping in their own space. We have a covered patio equipped with tables chairs and BBQ grill to enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard and the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see. Stargazing is a must! WiFi is available but cell service is spotty. Perfect for an unplugged getaway. We provide a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry supplies and iron and ironing board. If needed TV is available with access to Roku and Netflix etc. Please note: There are many unique and interesting antiques used for decor. Please be respectful of the decor. Other things to note The last two miles to the property is a dirt road so especially if you're coming in winter months you will need a four wheel drive.
