This homestead has been in our family for generations and has served as a place where family gather. Guests can unplug, enjoy sunsets and star-filled skies, or use as a basecamp while exploring some amazing places. The space Located within about two hours of several major destinations, the ranch is ideally situated for day trips to: • Zion National Park • Grand Canyon (North Rim) • Bryce Canyon National Park • Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park • Lake Powell The surrounding area is also wonderful for hiking, biking, ATV riding, horseback riding, and exploring the wide-open desert landscape. The space The ranch house features a spacious open floor plan designed with families and groups in mind. With plenty of room to gather together while still offering comfortable sleeping spaces, it’s ideal for group trips, family reunions, or celebrations. The home includes: • 4 bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • Sleeps up to 14 guests Sleeping arrangements include: • Two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds • Two downstairs bedrooms with one queen bed and one king bed • A loft space with an air mattress — perfect for kids or extra guests The home is fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and many pantry staples including flour, sugar, tea, coffee, and spices. Outside, guests can relax on the covered patio with tables, chairs, and a BBQ grill, overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard and the open desert beyond. Evenings at the ranch are especially magical — the sunsets are unforgettable and the stargazing is incredible thanks to the area’s dark skies. Guest access The whole house and property is available for guests. Other things to note Other things to note The final two miles to the property are a dirt road. During winter months or after storms, a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for access.
